Mathew Owens graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a B.A. in economics and an emphasis in accounting. Mathew earned his CPA license in 2000 passing all four parts in one sitting, a task that only 10% of CPA candidates have been able to do. Mathew specializes in corporate and individual taxation, assurance services, and business and real estate consulting. He worked as a CPA, auditor and business advisor while running his own tax business before founding OCG. Tyler Owens

Tyler earned his B.S. in business finance at Cal State Dominguez Hills. Tyler established an E-bay business in addition to working for various finance companies before working for the Manager. Now with two years of real estate experience and his own real estate portfolio Tyler assists in all parts of the acquisition of properties, investor relations, property analysis and due diligence, property management coordination, renovation estimates, marketing and sales, bill payments and record retention procedures. Lester Reyes

Property Manager, Renovation Specialist

Lester currently runs the Manager’s partially owned management company, PRO Management Group (PRO). He currently has obtained his Tennessee real estate sales license and is in the process of obtaining his general contractors license. Lester runs the operations of PRO and oversees rent collections, accounting, repairs and maintenance, renovations, evictions and does comprehensive property analysis and neighborhood analysis on each and every property the Fund purchases. Lester’s primary focus is on the preservation and protection of the investors’ assets and assuring the investors’ returns are supported. Lynn has compiled 7 years experience in bookkeeping and is a Quickbooks Pro Advisor. Before starting her own bookkeeping company Lynn worked for various prestigious law firms and CPA firms as a controller. She currently specializes in helping her clients setup their Quickbooks systems, teaching clients how to correctly integrate proper bookkeeping, accounting and payroll procedures and gives her clients value that surpasses their expectations. Lynn also received her Notary license in 2004 and assists in closing various real estate transactions. Shelley received her B.A. from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York and her law degree from Brooklyn Law School and is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee and New York State Bar Associations. Shelley has been practicing law since 1984, specializing in Corporate and Real Estate Law and is known in Memphis for her “By the Book” attitude. Shelley’s offices will close all of the Fund’s real estate transactions, advocate full disclosure on all transactions and have an array of political and real estate related contacts which makes her a valuable asset to the Fund’s team.
