Property Acquisition
We walk you through the close of escrow and review all loan and closing documents.
 
Local Network
We have developed a network of inspectors, contractors, property mangers, title agents, loan agents and appraisers to assist us along the way.
 
Property Management

Exit Strategy
We provide assistance with your exit strategy whether you are looking to refinance and pull out cash, hold it for cash flow or sell for profit.
 
Financing
